If you have been reading my progress then you may I read that I scrapped the idea of the custom badge. However! I forgot to put this in my last post but you may have worked out that I reopened that idea  Thought you deserve it
Custom barcode badgeHave you thought; what does the barcode on the t-shirt and badge mean? Well, I've read my posts and knew I mentioned something, this is from when the t-shirt was still being designed. No-one even had a guess ;D Maybe you thought it was just thrown on for an added effect to the cat number?!?! It does mean something and I'm not going to give it away until the t-shirt is out... All I will say is the custom badge will most likely create a unique barcode number from your name  |

I'm going with the barcode for the 3rd badge but I will have to set a character limit for your name.Sorry but if it's too long then it just wouldn't look the same all squeezed onto a 25mm badge! 10 characters ( shown in the picture) is the limit for your name on the badge but you can have your full name on the badge edge. As some of you have already pre-ordered I will contact you before I send the t-shirt to ask for your text for the 3rd badge. I'll have to put something in the catalogue listing and maybe the catalogue news so I don't have to contact members for their text

I have now accepted that we won't get anything out of slipstream regarding the t-shirt so I have a suggestion. I could release the designs for the t-shirt on the forum and if anyone wants to use them to make one themselves then so be it. This isn't selling, it's not distributing it, all I'll be doing is showing off our forum t-shirt design. Can you see any problem with this? Should I contact slipstream? but surely all they'll do if not happy about it will tell me to remove it  and by that time the people who want it will have it |
