Well funnily enough I was thinking (before the manc gig) about getting mesel a tshirt made with 'Can you play guitar my by - on the front and Can you f**K - on the back to where at V....and I go to the gig and they've beaten me to it....was gonna get it on a white or black vest with silver letters.....but I do like the idea of lyrics on the t-shirts as well For example 'Jealously will destroy us' or 'Are you scared to be proud' - not sure if you need permission for that sort of thing - but Maximo park do ones like that....I've seen one that says 'Is that all that matters anymore' on it.... what t-shirt you referring to? I have only seen the 2 designs - the "is that all that matters" one and the logo one - are there more?? and what you was saying about putting some lyrics on it - that is also a good idea maybe summit like "god bless the band, there doing all they can" or "everyones saying your here for me, thats bollocks your here for them" I really like the above lyrics which is why I am suggestion just them these t-shirt ideas are picking up - it'll be great when they finally get done eh

Totally loving your idea's on the lyrics t-shirt, even at this time...yawn...at this rate we'll be able to offer a s&c wardrobe box set of tee's!
I must put down my laptop but I'm off work at the moment so all this time is essential for this project.
I've emailed for another quote on prices, so I'm now waiting for a few to get back to me.
So, I'll carry on trying to find that perfect printers who'll meet all the needs for a great price ;D

"These types of relationships never last" on a t-shirt or "Just because my newspaper pages haven't been the times in ages, does this mean that I don't know as much as you?" in fact, there are dozens of t-shirt lyrics you could use

I like the idea of a t-shirt specific to the forum. Then at gigs (if we wore them) we'd be able to see who was from the forum.

I have just finished the new design from of your suggestions, I think it's the best one thanks to all your help and support
About the Design.
This is a combination of all our designs, ideas and suggestions related to the forum specific t-shirt (other designs are coming soon...)
With only 1 print colour to go with, I thought the picture would look better as a whole image and probably better for the washing machine. The text has been changed to the bands font and left s&c name as it should be. I have made a compromise, instead of the forum's URL I will persevere with the forum's No.1 slogan instead.
I've added a barcode below the S&C 002 cat number, see if you can work out what it means
What do you think?
I personally like this one out of any so far, with the black as my fave, as it really stands out...
..but it's your opinions that count and if your not convinced yet tell me why?
Cheers all

maybe next designs get the lyrics ones going? Already working on them ;D Received t-shirt printing quotes.[/i] Sorry to put a bit downer on this project at this stage but after looking at the quotes I have received, I would have to place an order of over 100 t-shirts to keep the costs down. There doesn't seem to be anywhere near that interest to place this kind of order. What do you think? Do you know other people who would want one? Have you seen or heard any interest outside of S&C?Maybe I'm a bit wary because I'll be paying for the t-shirts upfront.
I could do pre-orders I suppose and then I wouldn't be forking out the whole cost.
At least I'm leaving on a positive note

that is a bummer isn't it I have a couple of mates who do like the courteeners - not big fans but do like them but none of them really have the net so they have no clue of what S&C is, lol obviously you start you need to get the names of everyone who is commited to buying one I'll be having one of each so thats 20 quid before you start - and anyways - woudn't be suprised if all the regulars on here would want one - we'll have to see won't we
