Precicely, I admire Noel for not doing, it'd be hypocritical after the amount of bits that Noel's nicked. If they sued Green Day then everyone else would come out and sue Oasis for 14 years of theft

And I don't see why the money should be given to charity. It'd be a good thing to do, but the money he'd claim of Coldplay is just the same as the money he'd earn from the sales of his own record, it's his to do with as he wishes

There's a proper sueing culture now. And you're right the money should be given to charity! If Joe is only bothered about the fact his work has been ripped off, then the peace of mind and the moral high ground will be enough for him. I doubt it though.
