I know, they read tripe, think tripe and write tripe, simple as that. They don't have their own opinion at all, and if they took time to listen and say what they think then The Courteeners would get 100% off the vote bcause they are the best thing on that list, and to be completely honest the only really good thing on the list.

Courteeners deserve any accolade they can get for that album
Though I don't feel they will recieve awards or awt like that, I reckon the time when they get widespread acclaim will come in quite a while, as it does with many bands, for instance Elbow. We all know Courteeners are one of the best bands of these days and no Brit Award means nothing
