The channel M recording of revolver as Dec said, is pretty poor, the acoustic demo is waaaaaaay better. I still reckon that it should be acoustic if ever rcorded for an album.

Ha, a duet with Duffy. Both on the same label I presume, funnily enough I have a feeling that Girls Aloud are on the same label aswell, that would be interesting.

I remember Liam saying quite a while back at one of those ruby lounge shows, I think it was the christmas one - that they wanted to release Fallowfield Hillbilly but the record label said people wouldn't get it outside of Manchester. So the label clearly has a say, and that's why bands re-release songs - it's a purely label driven thing.
I remember they used to play Revolver now and then back in '07 the riff sounded brilliant, I think I may have a dodgey Life Cafe recording of it somewhere, I was surprised it didn't make it onto St Jude.

Yeah remember Liam sayin somethin at that Ruby lounge gig about revolver and the label not liking it
Probably why it didn't get released, guess its not 'mainstream' enough for the label which is load of bollocks to real fans
all the label cares about is sellin records and makin as much money they can
