I can't do the sheffield one despite it being nearer to me, it's an over 18's only one, for whatever reason, so I won't get in.

2 gigs in one night, how? what? They must be playing an early-ish gig? Very cheap tickets as well, shame the rest of the night will be a bank breaker or I'd be up for this (again I'll miss out ) Sounds like it'll be a fucking top nye for you all though

Yeahh, it's not impossible to get into an 18 gig, especially if you know the security .

Eeeer, OK, sheffield it is then. Whenever I go over to ireland it's like this, my cousin runs the security so we just blag his name to get it like. I will go to one, I need to speak to some people first.

Doubt you'll get in at Carling Academy in Sheffield I'm afraid. Everyone is ID'ed, its really strict. My mate is 27 and was turned away for not having her ID even though we'd got tickets for the Coral who were playing Pet Sounds like the Courteeners are. Sorry.

Thanks for telling me lilgrace anyway, didn't want to get tickets and get turned away. I won't risk it despite the slight possibility of getting in. Lets wait till weekend, get payed friday and have christmas shopping for many people on saturday after work, going into manchester with a mate and we going to that market with the crouts, shall be good.

No need to apologise to me, everythings worth a go. just get a mates id. Most bouncers just want to see some form of id, they dont care whos it is, once your through the door, its your problem...not the bouncers.

yes leeds was mental, i know all gigs are a bit, but this was totally mental, not rough, just happy mental, everyone was ratted, me included so great stuff, best new years eve i've had, rounded off a top year of courteeners gigs, they just sound better each time i see them, well up for the new tracks and more gigs..................
