After my thread of Best front man of all time I was quite interested to see who people thought was the best man of THIS century. People often complain music is not how it was, so lets see how this centuries front men stand up in the running?
I hope you are not bored of another one of these ' who is the best' type threads. Just quite interested in your thoughts.

My opinion is of little importance since I haven't ever seen anyone live, but I would like to say Fray is up there, but I don't really know.

im guessing you mean a newly emerging one?
I really like Carl Barat but im not sure about Pete Doherty, with consistency he could be there but then again maybe thats what makes him so good.
Alex Turner is dead good I think and Karen O does have a brilliant stage presence even if I dont really like yyy on record.

I would have to say the best front man I have seen was probably Tom Meighan from kasabian. He is an outstanding front man. Great voice, great stage presence. He is so energetic. Fantastic.

A VERY GOOD QUESTION YOU ASK WHY HAVEN'T I EVER SEEN ANYONE LIVE? I LOVE MUSIC, IT'S PRACTICALLY MY LIFE,
I HAVEN'T A CLUE REALLY.
I think that one reason is that of the very few friends that I have none of them have a clue what real music is, so I haven't anyone to go with. And that is the only thing stopping me.

Just go on you own mate! Really, it's not that bad. Once the band is playing, you won't even feel like you're there on your own. I've met a lot of friends by going to gigs on my own (a few years back that was). You'll keep seeing the same people. At some point, you just go and talk to them.
