Well I think there's going to be news about it soon cos' at the end of the note it says keep checking thecourteeners.com for news from the studio. Meaning there's going to be news from the studio pretty soon, so who knows really.

surely the album/leak of some sort/massive single must be due out earlier than january then.....
around 15,000 people, could be a good move on the back of oasis splitting up. everyone is suddenly looking for a lively band from the north west. then a big xmas gig comes along with established live acts that will appeal to both young and old.
bold move, but i believe they can pull it off.

 yeah i think there's a possibility of a single by then probably. and yeah, sounds right that maybe they will be trying to capitilise on the oasis split, even though it apparently got confirmed a month ago. anyway cant bloody wait  |

Don't think they had any intention on capitalising on the Oasis split to be honest, 'cos unless they're some sort of mind readers they would have had no idea a month ago now would they?!  I reckon album will be out January next year followed by a tour! But before that they may either release a single? Or just put some songs or something out there! Who knows though eh?! Only time will tell I guess ... x |

It doesn't matter if you're not arsed, they need 17000 people to be arsed, they must have a massive single tucked away, sumat that they have a lot of faith in. courteeners now need to wet the whistle of the fans/public/radio listeners.....
they need to do what kasabian did by having a massive pre-album single like fire, then also having fast fuse and vlad out there well before the album.
they need a good business plan for this gig.....massive press push, plenty of advertising, massive single, big merch project.
