first live band of the year and it was just orite i guess. the appolo is a shitty venue but the stuff i didnt know was good n the stuff i did know was brilliant. nice moment with a girls aloud cover too.
nothing on last years highlights though, i even prefered fratellis.

mate the apollo is one of the best venues going! such a historic place, with so much character!
i thought bloc party were fantastic, they really seemed to give it their all. the only downside was the pickpocketing - me, two mates and apparently loads more got phones knicked. complete scum.

glad i put myn in the cloakroom then.
yeah its a nice lookin place n all that but sound wise it aint as good as the academy or even 53 degrees in preston.
