I've got my big 6 hour 206 exam on tuesday, looking forward to it loads, great fun. Thats the AM1 ain't it what do you have to do for it? I'm sure our college is behind doing the live testing now in our second year it is only me and this other lad who have passed all our test so far. |

We got 2 years done in 1, they really rushed us. The live testing is quite easy, we all passed that one. The 6 hour one we call the 206 exam. It's basically a big cubical with 3 walls and we fit aload of PVC conduit a few sockets, and 3 switches going to one light. All wired in singles so it's simple enough, but the only problem is testing it all at the end and getting it done in time. Fingers crossed.

I'm pretty confident I could do the 6 hour one to be honest not blowing my own trumpet or owt I'll piss the live test though haha.

Got a discintion in the live testing today but then again the did half of it for us I got my 203,206 then the level 3 ones left now. You done 203 what it like?

We all thought the 203 would we fukin hard, and it was but I got a credit which suprised me, some health and safety in it which is easy, but it's all the sciency bits that are tough, but you should pass.

Just had me 206 today, terrifiyingly tiring, and pushed for time, but I got another credit. We start the 3rd year in January, don't have a clue what exams are in that.
