would be nice to say the gig was ace, but some scum lifted my phone after roughly the 4th song, so the rest of the night was spent cancelling my contract, and reporting the fact with the uni folks, its not the phone or the numbers, its my picture's and video's of my 4 year old, ohh and my picture's with the courteeners, fuckin gutted, roll on hull, the gig was ace by the way, but left a bad taste through no fault of the band.

put a dampner on the night indeed...........thieving fuckin scumbags are all over nowadays, and whoever nicked it will probably only get a tenner for it down the pub (ass holes)...... we had quite a good spot up the front aswell, they sounded and looked good last night, was expecting a bit of hassle from the crowd but all went ok

Last night was great,Campbell even came over to me and gave me the set list whilst coming off stage. Bojangles ( the song) was mint!!
Went to Zanzibar after but only stayed for an hour or so.
Had a good laugh whilst handing out the flyers, unfortunately didnt manage to take any photos as my battery died on me during the gig!! :-)

cal, it sounds like he thinks bojangles are a band?? hope he don't think that. Mr Hezza, the bassist in the courteeners is called Mr Mark Cuppello, he plays bas in all the songs including bojangles, and no he didn't used to be in a band called orphan boy, I don't think. What a strange question.

thanks for your comments folks, it really means a lot, its history for me now, done, i've got a replacement coming (it was contract), costing me £150 quid like, but hey......., the people we spoke to in liverpool (me n' chippy arrived about 5pm) were really friendly, the venue was sound, and the courteeners sounded spot on, just really glad i'm going tomorrow night in hull, didnt want to end the tour like that, the manchester nights were ace, i never thought i'd see another band so good as the smiths, and i'm not saying the courteeners are, but i love the courteeners, and dont forget 'its only just begun'.
