Avoid the stone roses vinyl's in vinyl exchange, soooooo tempting but my bank would have non-consented anal with me! I came saw and conquered them. Got the Fools Gold/ What the world is waiting for double A side 12" with limited edition art work. £30 it was. I had the choice of that or an American version of the same vinyl for the same price but it was gold. I also got the Sally Cinnamon 12", they had 3 different ones in different condition, the one I got was VG/VG and cost £8. They are expensive, I'll admit, but I smirk at the sight of an expensive rare record, for whatever reason. I also got The La's 'Feelin' 7" in a little box with stickers and badges with all the 'skin up yer bastards' on them. I like things with stuff in like that, and being the worlds biggest La's obsesive I had to have it. I have the original 'There she goes' release from 88' with a brilliant B-side called come in come out, the original 87' release of Way Out on 7", and Timeless Melody on 12". See, an obsesive, I have a soft spot for vinyl, sounds better, as Mavers says, with the original dust. |

That sounds class ant, im into similar stuff but generally won't let myself spend so much unless I can afford it
Have a few Stone roses vinyls, Sally Cinnamon 12" which I got from vinyl exchange for 8 quid too, Made of Stone from voxpop when is was there, now cup
Also got a few off ebay, a guy who lives near me sold me She Bangs The Drums, One Love, Fools Gold 12" vinyls all for 5 quid!
8 songs by fretwell is great too, go buy it if you can

the legend that is stephen fretwell has two new songs on his myspace for anyone bothered
and it also says he's unsigned? didn't hear about that, was on polydor I think
unless he's doin everything himself again without the pressure of having to sell albums to the 'wider public'

Uuum, I love Fretwell but I want to see if any manchester dates pop up before I buy tickets for anywhere else, or the other option is go over to Galway where family is and see him there, though that's a last option. Let's see what happens.
