if you went to see the band live your opinion of them would change complety, a mate of mine hated the cribs with a passion, but we dragged him along and after about 10 seconds of seeing them he was into um. n after a few more time watchin um he classes himself as a fan

as for them only having three note, its a punk influenced band, the courteeners arent exactly virtuotous songs are they? a song can have three chords and still be an amazing song.

also if you actuall LISTEN to the cribs youll realise that most of their songs have different riffs throughout the songs (not just chords)

give them a listen before you judge mate

poor arguement there, we are a fortunate country to have the cribs in, and if you listen to them properly and actualy appreciate how great of a live band they are, then you will see past how "He cant sing at all, one of them talks like an absolute bender." You can't help your voice either, and most singers in bands cannot sing, its about delivery not vocal prowess
