Yep, it's going to be cult album of the summer I reckon. It's supposed to have a 60's feel....ooohh!!!!

if you listen to arctics b sides "too much to ask", "the bakery song" and the FWN track "505", thats how i reckon the album will sound, probably tilting more towards the bakery song with the hazy 60s feel

Incase any of you don't know
There going to call them selfs 'The Last Shadow Puppets' (oh dear sounds like some naff 1980's punk band)
The album name and track listing is below.
The Age Of The Understatement, released April 21st
The Age Of The Understatement. Standing Next To Me. Calm Like You. Separate And Ever Deadly. Chamber. Only The Truth. My Mistakes Were Made For You. Black Plant. I Don't Like You Any More. In My Room. Meeting Place. The Time Has Come.
I'll put money on it that it's going to be better than the last Monkeys album.
I think it's going to brilliant.

aye i think its gunna be class, dunno bout better than FWN though...i cant see what input miles kane can have on it though other than being a distraction. i mean hes a really good guitarist but as a songwrier i think hes pretty average, id rather it was solely alex turner doing the tunes either way its gunna be mint
