That's sounds f**king excellent Cal! Do you ever get someone to record your gigs? You should put together a live ep or something like a compilation of your live stuff, with some good packaging it could be sent out to labels and radio stations What do you think?

Oh yeah definitely. I have got a Sony mini disc player that's pretty good, I'm sure it can be used to record audio if used with a good microphone. I don't really use it because it was bought when I liked all my gadgets when I was a bit younger and I was going to take it to record gigs on the sly! Never got round to doing it because work limited my gigging days! The bands I wanted to see always played midweek and after a heavy gig I'm no good for nothing, never mind getting up at 6am the following day to work on a building site all day isn't very clever ;D Anyway, I'll dig out the player this weekend and see exactly what it can do. If it's the right bit of kit to record the audio then by all means you can indefinitely borrow it mate

You still coming up to Carlisle for a gig sometime Cal? If you are, get a gig at 'The Brickyard' cause they can record gigs
"Live recording of gigs is possible by prior arrangement, via a 16-channel multicore cable running from the front-of-house desk to our Fisher St Studios recording facilities. Please arrange this well in advance of the gig, and contact us for recording charges. If you provide blank mini discs, we can also record the desk out to a mini disc recorder at no charge."
