I'm really sorry about this but I don't hold out much hope for this album. Double albums as a rule aren't that good. His good songs are brilliant but his albums always have the odd stinker on them (apart from Stanley Road & Wild Wood). I think out of 22 songs about 7 are going to be any good!!! Wellers a god even if he never made another album but, I think its going to be too self indulgent for any one else to understand apart from him!!!!

I agree with fastfuse, theres always some rubbish on Weller albums and, as great as he is, a double album is not what the world wants from Weller. Like a mod equivilent of Stadium Arcadium haha

is this the one where he's done a load of collaborations?!
He's got a single coming out 26th of May (ish) that features/co-written by Noel Gallagher and Gem, could be interesting...

yeah thats right. But for every good tune there's that little thingy from the enemy too? Oh well! He might get crushed by his own guitar soon? I LIVE IN HOPE! Midget c**t!

Bought it the other day Phenomenal I would rank this in his best 3 albums (solo obviously, not including the Jam) Absoloutely mega, nearly all the tunes on there are class and includes some of his best work, fair folky and more diverse than most Weller albums. Class
