Who wants to kick start S&C?

It's pretty obvious that this place needs something to get it going again, all my efforts are going into my own business and I'm afraid I just haven't got the time to spend on here at the moment...

I'm not saying that I'll just fade away, I'll help out with any projects and all the design work and anything behind the scenes so to speak, I just need a 'frontman' err sorry ladies 'frontperson'

They need to have the passion that I used to show, yeah I know I said "used to" because I'm sorry to say my passion has dropped in the last year, maybe because the band haven't released anything or maybe because of my business.... anyway that really doesn't matter... it would be a shame to just let this place crumble after all the hard work everyone has put in over the years.

So, if anyone is willing to take the reigns and work hard into making this a better place please show yourself

Maybe you could write a bit about yourself, why you think you are the one and what you'd do to get this place going again - anything really, just don't just say "I'll do it"

im not gonna pretend im able to be able to run it but id be more than willing to help anyone who does, personally i think the lack of activity around regarding the boys is a major factor (but the fact theres not a lot happening hopefully means its all going into the 3rd album)

it will perk up around the manc gigs and any new releases!!

Have given this some thought recently, and I'd like to put myself forward. My love for the band withered a bit in the past few months, but it's back and I'd love to try and get the place buzzing again. I'd make sure the part I admin now is regularly updated and try and get everything up to date so we can enjoy some proper conversation again. I'd also like to start some of the projects going again, put on competitions and stuff like that.

Seriously though, if you need any advice or help figuring stuff out just give me a shout!

You now have the powers to do almost anything on the forum, the only powers I think I haven't enabled for you are changing the structure, stuff like editing the headers and footers which really is where all the coding goes but if you feel you want to go to that stage then I'd appreciate it if you researched how this works, then I'll enable those options for you

There's loads of help, tips, guides over at the proboards support forum, this is where I learnt a lot > support.proboards.com and there's loads of other forums that can help in customization etc, just let me know if your interested in doing that and I'll list the URL's

I think proboards are going through some changes too, not looked at it properly but I think they are changing the way you can code the forum??

Anyway, have fun and I'm sure you can carry on where I left off, hopefully you'll bring something else to this place and get it thriving again, I wish I had managed to get all the coding and design in place but maybe that's something you can finish or totally change??

I'm still the main admin and will be around, so it's not like you'll be totally alone, anyway my baby is now in your hands haha

i check the forums quite frequently but this thread I never noticed i'm not too bad at coding but yeah i'm willing to help if needed
