7pm sounds more realistic.
2 support bands playing somewhere in the region of half hour each (maybe slightly longer for The Coral), then a full Courteeners set starting at about 9pm.

This. Far too many dickheads for my liking. My 7th Courteeners gig last night and the best by a long way. Liam sounded back on top form. The new songs sound top, hearing Smiths Disco and Kimberly as well as the Strokes cover, so many highlights. Gutted I had to get rid of my Delamere ticket

Yeah, quite a few fights, lot of drugs going round near the front, nobody seemed to know the words to most songs, people were talking over Liam so I couldn't hear what he was saying and then there was these pointless "We all hate Leeds scum" chants. You're there to watch The Courteeners not chant about how much you hate Leeds.
Anyway, that aside, the band were on top form. Sounded great and the setlist was top, Smiths Disco was definitely the highlight for me. New songs sounded class too, especially the slower one. Saw a few people on here and met Cuppello too, just wandering arond. Roll on Delamere.

Thats a shame, drugs and football chants have always been rife at their gigs but for the most part the crowds have been friendly and receptive. I'd hate for them to adopt the Oasis and (now) Kings of Leon type of fan. Stepping into stadiums with them is not a proud moment for us or for the Courteeners.
edit: Really cool to see Aftershow/Kimberley back in the sets along with the other rarities. I'dve been sad to see the back of KOTNR though.
