Thanks to heylyla for posting the video link of new song "Winter Wonderland" from this gig in another thread.
I thought I'd start a new thread here since another video of that gig is now up on youtube, another new(ish) song "Push Yourself".

I know this is a video thread but here are some pictures of the gig.....   Guitar is looking cool, proper vintage. I wonder if it is his, he did say he was meant to use his mates but decided otherwise so not sure if this is his or somebodies elses. Tunes sound pretty decent too, really like the second one. The first one is a bit slow and chilled out for my liking. |

Both of those new songs sound really good! Nice pictures too, I like his shirt ... 8 dollars to see Liam Fray, wow. And, his mate? Keith Murray? from 'We Are Scientists' isn't he?!!!

Yes he is, and on the website I found the pictures it said 'We Are Scientists' were in the audience so that must be the guy.
Like's spending a lot of time in America what with him having a girlfriend and mates out there, wonder if he will do the 3rd album there.

definitely prefer Push Yourself to Winter Wonderland
that guy said he'd filmed pretty much the whole thing didn't he? I wonder whether he'll stick some more videos up..

I'm going to New York late April, would be awesome if he did something like that when I'm there. I can dream anyway.. If they do work on an album this year then I think April will be one of the months they are in the studio. |
