I know this was mentioned as st jude live in the projects board but ive been meaning to do this for a while. Since there is so much live stuff knocking about im thinking of putting the best ones together. (could be another S&C release would need confirmation from darren) So I just want to get peoples views on their favourite performances of different songs whether they're full band, liam or acoustic.
My plan is to get the main tracks from each album together then possibly do a 3rd cd with best of the rest. any feedback will be gretaly appreciated and any help with favourite songs even more so so i dont need to search youtube over and over again!!!

Yeah the "St. Jude Live" project suggestion never took off due to various things!
I really do like this idea though, specially now that Falcon has brought plenty of live stuff.
3 CD's!! That would cost quite a bit and take a while to make everything but I really like the idea ;D
I see it becoming a boxset or something?? Maybe 3 jewel cases inside a slipcase?? OR even slim cases like singles come in??
In fact I've got some nice CD boxes that fit 2 jewel cases, wonder how many slim cases it would fit?? Definitely 3 and then maybe a nice booklet??

I think the only 2 songs from both albums that we may struggle to get are last of the ladies and cameo brooch, dont remember them being done live anywhere.
hopefully get some input from everyone on here otherwise itll just be my favourites.
could we not do an mp3 release and limit the downloads or something, would save on costs etc.
gonna start working my way through St Jude now whilst im at work!!!

not sure whether it's on youtube but i've got a video of cameo brooch if there's nothing better!
they didn't do Last of the Ladies but Liam played it at Salford Lads Club. I've not seen/heard that anywhere though.

theres only a 44 second clip so if you have a video of the full song that would be good!! even if its not the greatest quality its probably gonna be the best out there!!

I did start going though all my files when I started the st jude live project but didn't get through half of it but I'll post what I did get.... I'm a bit worse for wear at the moment, so if I don't make any sense forgive me ;D
Yeah maybe a download would be better, defo cheaper!

Am I ok to use the manchester gmex/central versions that were bonus tracks as these arent commercially available. Think ill need to find a different version of rest of the world though coz i believe thats still available on itunes.

you can move it there ill look to get some more tracks done in next couple of days, i was thinking for cameo brooch and last of the ladies i could replace them with some of the second folio live stuff.
3rd disc will be for that kiss and smiths disco etc.

I moved this to the Fourm CD's sub-board for now, just because it would be nice to turn this into a CD, even if it's just a low quantity of say 5 copies (like In America CD package).
Don't like download only haha I wish I could make a CD release for every download we have ever had.... yeah so I could definitely rustle up a few physical copies of this release, hopefully a nicely packaged boxset like I mentioned previously.
