We don't have one of these here, do we? I thought it'd be funny to see what we all like! Or, maybe I just wanted to show off my epic win : ;D Anyway, would be great to see pictures from the members so come on!

Met Tom Meighan in the Pretty Green shop on Friday so will stick a photo of that later on. Was this inspired by the thread on live4ever?

Yeah about 170 pages worth on there!
It was slightly rushed because a lot of people wanted pics, he was djing so there was a large crowd but we embraced with a firm handshake and he happily posed for pictures and even gave me a little wink.
Look like he enjoyed the djing, having a little dance and embracing the crowd.
How was Noel? I suspect he was quite a charmer.

Yes! He was surprisingly very sweet Well, I tried to be respectful and I didn't start asking about Liam or his solo album lol, I just asked him how he was, if his son had been born yet (this was in september) etc etc. Told him how much he meant to me (to which he nodded saying "thank you very much" with that voice of his ). Then his little daughter appeared and he introduced me to her, saying "this is my daughter by the way. Say hi!" haha and his girlfriend Sara was lovely too and waved and smiled Then he asked me my name, where I was from and told me how much he liked my hat and scarf (epic win!), we took the pictures, handshake (I got to see that ring he's been wearing since forever lol) and he had to go cause a taxi was waiting! It was absolutely UN-REAL

Very glad to hear that, I am a big fan of Noel but I have to confess I'm more of a Liam fan, I am in awe of the man and would really like to meet him. Not that I wouldn't like to meet Noel.
Sounds like you had the perfect experience; a friendly conversation, photos, he took and interest in you and paid you a compliment....top stuff! You met anybody else?

Yeah it was really amazing, and believe me, I've been waiting for it for a long time! Don't worry I'm sure you'll meet Liam one day, and I'm sure he'll be a true gent I hope to meet him as well one day, I love him just as much as I love Noel. I've also met Adam Green, the guys from Mystery Jet, Alex Turner, Florence Welch and all the Courteeners boys believe it or not, most of them was pure luck, I'm not that much of a stalker lol. I waited for Alex Turner and Florence after their shows, but all the rest was pure luck! The Courteeners boys were walking around the camp near where I was camped in the Paredes de Coura festival and nobody recognized them! My friend saw them and said "Rita! The Courteeners are over there!!!" I was like "WHAAAAT?" lol I couldn't believe it! They were all really kind, said I was their only fan there haha! Have you met anybody else?

Cool, so you've done very well haha. I have to admit a huge amount of jealousy as you have met Turner, Fray & Gallagher who in my humbled opinion are three of the best songwriters in the last two decades.
I've heard the Courteeners are very down to earth, they grew up near my Uncle and they are a similar age so I know his mates know them and have had a few pints down the years and still say they are top blokes.
I've mainly met people who are sport related like Alan Shearer formerly England footballer so Tom Meighan is my first musical icon that I've met. Liam Fray & Liam Gallagher are two I am intrigued to meet but I like to think I have the ambition to be up there amongst them. Maybe that's a dream though haha.

Well, you need to change that to "I'm positive that one day I will be up there amongst them. " and you'll see one day it won't be just a dream anymore

It was hugely embarrassing because he had been really nice to me telling me that his parents used to live near me. Poor Campbell i hope he has recovered from the head-butting injury. i hope he doesn't get me kicked out of the Courteeners gigs, telling security "thats the girl that head butted me, throw her out!"
