Sean, the Coral are absoloutely fantastic. Out of this world. Buy the first album ('The Coral') and the last ('Roots and Echoes') to get you started, you should be blown away. And Dontask, I think the venues are a class choice, far more interesting than just seeing Academies and that, the Philarmonic in particular will be a really good experience, one of Britain's official finest pubs across from it as well, went there when last the Courteeners played in Liverpool and was blown away! That and Lowry should be top, bring it on.

That pub Ferg was close to burning down the other day.....
Luckily it didn't
Finally get to see The Coral, I can't wait, just hoping I can get a ticket!
Judging by the venues it looks like a really good tour on the cards

Fantastic band, can never stop appreciating The Coral. Looking forward to seeing them at The Lowry, never been to a gig there before. A very nice range of venues, similar to what Moz does on the venue front, rather than playing in the same old academies.
Well up for hearing the new album, i doubt they'll disappoint, even though there is no Bill Ryder Jones any more.
Last time i saw them Courteeners supported and it was a great night. October 2007 seems a long time ago, which makes this release/tour even more promising and exciting.
Roll on July.

I was mentioning the venues just because I know its all seated at Lowry.

The Coral are one of the most important bands of the last 10 years. Been to see them a few times over the last few years, every album is brilliant too, can't wait to buy this one.
