Those people who have pre-ordered Falcon from Universal Music.
Anyone got theirs yet?
Any idea when we will get them - hopefully not later than monday!!

Email a complaint and see what they say i did earlier, i was just complaining that they'd not matched the service of hmv. they replied with; we are sorry you are disappointed with the level of service you have received. we are aiming to dispatch the product over the weekend. Delivery usually takes 5 working days. cocks! |

really, the should send out an email to everyone's who's has not been dispatched, apologising and offering to send by express delivery.
they'd get a bit of credibility, otherwise, in future people will just buy from elsewhere

Liam, if you are reading this by any chance - sort it out! Those who ordered earlier than anyone else back in 2005 or whenever it was, and paid extra for the bundle will be the last to receive it! Those who ordered in 1st week should get tickets to an exclusive Ruby Lounge Show! Worth a try :-)

What a disappointment, the label have let us down, I think they should send everyone the download version for free!
At least we will have it on the release date

the albums gone up to number 2 in the play charts. marina, ellie goulding and the 1cd version have all disapeared though.

No album as yet today so have just emailed Brendan Mullard-West at Universal Music Customer Support to ask when we can expect delivery.

I ordered from Universal, says it was sent yesterday and i dont have it now so I expect it from Monday onwards.
Ordered it in December, they've had two months to get these right and they havent! Should have ordered it through recordstore, I got YODID from them Friday daytime, a weekend before its release and I think people who ordered Falcon from them have them.
