Courteeners 2 encores? I'd be shocked if they were ever to do one encore, let alone two! They're not Bruce Springsteen! I reckon it'll be similar to the Liverpool set at the start of the year, perhaps a bit of variation, and perhaps Aftershow opening for "old time's sake". They've always been a band who've delivered in terms of set lists really sorry man, just to clarify, that was the acoustic bit in the middle and then full band at the end?

They could do what The Verve did. They always finished with Bittersweet obviously but changed it to Love Is Noise when they released Forth. If Falcon has a good enough song they could do wtysl and then finish with a new one, i like the idea it shows they're moving on from St Jude and taking the new album seriously.

it wouldnt surprise me if WTYSL closed the main set then there was the acoustic bit then full band bit at the end.

It would feel out of place to me. However, at the end of the first full band portion of the gig, just before Liam's acoustic part, would work quite well.

their last gig was at leeds i beleive? and this was the setlist for that gig;
1. Cavorting 2. Acrylic 3. The Good Times Are Calling 4. Please Dont 5. Kings Of The New Road 6. Bide Your Time 7. Fallowfield Hillbilly 8. Sycophant 9. That Kiss 10. Not Nineteen Forever 11. What Took You So Long?
With Manchester being a massive show, id expect a 20 song set? 18 minimum. Id imagine all those songs above would be included in the set, which leaves room for another 7-9 songs?

Last night at Warrington they opened with a new song - not sure followed by Cavorting and Acrylic. They also played (not in order) Bide Your Time, Please Don't. If It Wasn't for me, Kings of the New Road.
New songs that I recognised were: Take Over the World, Cross My Heat and Hope to Fly, You Overdid it Doll, Good Times are calling and Sycophant + maybe one or two more, can't remember!
Solo Liam did Revolver, How Come and Yesterday Today, and the encore with full band back consisted of Fallowfield Hillbilly Not 19 and What Took you so Long?
Really good set, new stuff sounded great, can't wait for Friday now!
