ah right i was right in the middle on the first row. i watched them a bit but im hardly going to watch them instead of meet the band am i?  exactly you take your chance man haha remember being on the plane to jersey with them, the mrs made the most of that gettin stuff signed Wonder if we'll ever see 'an encore' again as it definately wasn't planned Must have been a mix up or something, anyone who got a setlist at the end would know as it would say if NYD, NYD was planned for Liams bit Loved the set but I think it'll be a bit different at the GMEX, got the impression they were just trying out the new stuff to see where they may fit for tomorrow, maybe they'll open with aftershow/kimberley??? although the new song worked |

Good night last night, the new songs sounded pretty solid. Was great to hear If It Wasn't For Me again, its been a while. Revolver was also decent, but I don't know how Liam could of heard Ant from the balcony?!
Was a laugh seeing Conan on the xylophone, bit of an interesting one....
Gmex tomorrow will be different, less new tunes in order to create a constant lively atmosphere for a possible DVD I reckon.
Looking forward to Gmex now, we we're lucky last night to hear so many strong new songs.
Really nice venue, quality stuff.

Open with Cavorting surely... They've never opened with Cavorting before to my knowledge. Its always been Aftershow... apart from last night. They've actually opened with Acrylic a few times, this year in particular in America and at festivals, but I thought that Cavorting went down well 2nd after the new song last night, and quite fancy opening with it, Cavorting along with Fallowfield typify Courteeners IMO, so why not. |

thought it was top, good times was mint although as it was a new one everyone was just standing there, was still good tho. yeah some of the new ones sound mega, could'nt tell you which ones haha. yeah it was me mike, was buzzin! i surfed in one of the first songs but i do'nt think he saw me, but then he did the second time. top guy hah. overall was a top night, also i like that venue its small and mental.

parr hall is a class venue, gutted when I missed out on arctic monkeys tickets there
that guy waving a scarf around was just to my left haha he was a scouser moaning about liverpool losing, 'fat spanish waiter' he kept saying was hilarious
