God bless. I always wondered why he ever got sacked from Newcastle, they expect too much too quick, he was an amazing manager for them and anyone else that he managed, shame to see him go, he won't be forgotten I'm sure.

obviously cant say much about him as a person but its a tribute to how good a manager he is that newcastle has been decaying ever since he left. its a shame but at 76 he had a good life  |

Robson getting sacked at newcastle was a joke, he was the only stable manager they had. he got sacked aged 71, shows that he never lost it. newcastle are a joke anyway.
cant rant about newcastle on this thread.....Bobby Robson was a true legend.

So sad for another football legend to have passed away but he was obviously very poorly so hopefully his family will take comfort in the fact he's at peace. I'm sure they'll be some interesting chats about the state of English football in heaven....RIP Bobby Robson xx

he stood for what was right in football. not money. not sponsorship. not corporate greed. he was a football man and a gentleman, can't ask anymore than that.
