Quite interested by this, would be good if it's true, the Pulp record that Buller produced, His'n'Hers, is a masterpiece and a mixture of dark and poppy in different places, so I can see him doing a good job with Courteeners actually.

That would be wierd listening to Courteeners on 4-track, complete contrast to 1st album, not gonna happen anyway They suit a proper studio finish, can't be fannyin about trying to sound raw and original.

pretty sure someone called cb said they were recording the album somewhere in europe the other week, yeah it was belgium it is belgium. 8 weeks, coming back for leeds/reading.
