Ok, so in a years time I will be heading off to Uni! At the moment i've got 3 front runners. Salford, Chester & Marjons in Plymouth.
I was just wandering what people thought of Salford & Chester, both as university's and places to live?
Any response would be appreciated.
Cheers Sam Eddy x

I've heard, and don't take this as good evidence, but people have told me that Salford isn't a particularly good university, but that's all that I know. But as I said, might just be bullshit!

if your considering salford/chester etc then im guessing some of them have been ruled out. i would look at exeter uni for you, some class music on at exeters cavern

I don't think I will get into Exeter as I won't get the grades (3 A's) I also want to move "up north" as I think it will be a excellent chance for me to mature, If i can't go north because of money etc then I will probably go to MARJONS in Plymouth, but, ideally I would like to move away. + You can't beat the Manc music scene

yh that's one of the reasons i'm staying up here, doing french and german at manchester. also, the course is such that it's unique, not staying wholly for the tuuuunes
