I've never really been into them but one of my friends loves them. I like the single (thought it sounded almost a bit arcade fire??), then went to see them at glasto and they blew me (and the boyf) away. They were defo the find of the festival..... As soon as I heard that single Arcade Fire popped into my head as well. And for good reason. They used the same producer. It is a top album chezza. Go buy it. They are very good live as well arnt they? I missed them at glasto as I went to see fleet foxes but seen them few times before. |

They were class - I only knew one song but I really enjoyed watching them...contrasting with the view who I'd wanted to see for ages and were rubbish....but yes I will get the album and will defos be seeing them at leeds...

The reason the view are crap live is Kyles alcohol problem, annoying. Saw their set at T in the park on telly and they were great, but whenever I see something on the internet they just seem wasted, must be really annoying say as a die hard fan because it's as if they don't care about their fans when they f**k up a live show.

One time I saw them in Southampton which I think was in 2006, and while they performed well, the crowd were awful. Kieran had a massive rant at the crowd then threw his drink on everyone.
They were very good mind, just a shame the crowd didnt match them.

The reason the view are crap live is Kyles alcohol problem, annoying. I've seen The View live four times now and everytime they have been quality. One of the best live bands i've seen. The gig at Moho Live in May was absolutely mental. |

I'm jealoud, 4 times, that's quality. Good to hear they have done some ace shows, but everything I read say that they are hit and miss because of alcohol and the likes. Will get round to seeing them eventually I hope, my favourite band of the past few years.
