this interview is really cool--i think she did a good job of 'hitting all the bases'. she also asked some ?s i would have asked--like about breaking up the set with some slower songs, it was something i noticed for sure. & Liam's vote on fav. lyric is easily my fav too  every time i sing with to that i get this massive grin on my face. his morrissey fanboying was pretty sweet too ....i wonder which american cities they've liked the most so far. i've never been to Philly myself, but my best friend was born there and says it's really fantastic. |

I'd imagine that they'd be happy with this interview aswell. Suppose they are so used to going into interviews and being asked the usual half-arsed irrelevant questions and being given the usual comparisons, so to be asked something different and something they can think about will be pleasant, most of which I can't recall them being asked before, they really do tell us things that we haven't heard before. Well played.

heres my theory on the naming of the band, not sure if its been mentioned before but here goes. there was a band called The Cortinas, and Nick Sheppard ended up playing with the clash once Coritnas were no more. just a theory, might be complete bollocks!

Presume it must just be because of the car, won't be anything comlicated. I remember that interview when he says Conan suggested Mango and the Goalkeper or something stupid, that name would have been ace.
