The branded ones just don't seem to soften up, and they rip the roof of your mouth open Most home brand stuff is better at ASDA.

ASDA beans are amazing, the ones in the red tin with a picture of beans on it ASDA are also the only supermarket where I can find 'old tom' ale, which is very very nice, so basically ASDA is class.

Sugar topped shreddies are the best to be fair, and honey coated ones Sainsburys is the best supermarket anyway I've given up crisps.

I work at Sainsburys in cafe, my life is in Sainsburys now, and if I had time to tell you some tales then you'd never shop there again, it is potentially the best supermarket but atm it is a poor supermarket, particularly the one I work in, it used to be the best in the country but it's slumped alot. Trust me I'd leave Sainsburys alone for now, let us get ourselves sorted out ASDA is the best supermarket atm as far as balance of price and quality go. Morrisons could potentially be better than the lot but they don't capitalise themselves enough, they are very shy. There you go, the supermarket gospel in accordance to Ant

Well: - All the 'fresh' bread in the bakery is bought in frozen or made from basic packet mix mized with water, one of the two depending on type of bread you buy. - All the 'fresh' cakes are bought in in packets made in a factory then kept on shelves. - All the 'fresh' meat isn't fresh, it is simply covered up over night and is used over several days until it gets bought, it isn't bought in fresh every day. - The cafe, now then, this will take a while All the meals are boguht in frozen apart from the fresh battered fish, and they are either microwaved to order or oven cooked half an hour before main meals start and are kept in a 'ban marie' for the day. All the breakfast items are kept the same, in the 'ban marie' until they get used uup and basically swim in grease for hours until they get used. The 'healthier' kids options aren't as healthy as they seem, again they are microwave cooked and full of not particularly healthy additives to give them a longer life. This may not all sound that bad, but when you compare it to the other supermarkets who make all their bakery and deli fresh with well trained staff, it is very poor.
