Seen this lot at the academy on Monday, thought it was immense. They were on fire!!
Into the first album, and the 2nd ones decent as well, but not had much time to listen to it, yet.
Weren't sure how good they would be live, but was really impressed. Top night couldn't understand a word they were saying when chatting inbetween songs mind!!
One Off Pretender is a my personal fave on the new album, reckon it'll be the next single.
Get on it!!

Yeah I was there man you might have seen me really tall looked out of breath haha. Love The View seen them twice recently one of the most under rated bands around the new album is class mate you will grow to love it One Of Pretender is my fav as well though you see it when they went clap your hands if you hate the police haha classic.

I will be buying new album when money comes my way in the coming weeks, reviews I've read say that it's amazing, really hope it is, haven't made it big enough yet. I think they will rock britain in the coming years, quality band.

Yeah I got hit by a show and about 20 crowd surfers always kicking me in the head I wish they would just f*ck off at times.

I love the View. Seen them twice as well. Was supposed to see them last week I believe but I hadnt payed my mate who I dont see that often any more for the ticket so he had to sell it on. Gutted. My own fault though.
I really like the new album. Distant Doubloon is a class song. I love the strings on it. I like the way they have made a typical time 2 as well, carrying on from the first album. nice touch.

for anyone looking for a decent gig, these lads have announced another gig at the academy in May. Get on it!!
I cant remember the exact date, but its the on the Friday before the Saturday when Twisted Wheel are on there. Set to be a cracking weekend...

Finally had chance to listen to new album in detail, anyone else a fan? I love it, one of the best albums I've heard in aaaaaaaaaaaaaages. Every tune is big but Distant Doubloon and Unexpected are massive. A personal fave is Gem Of A Bird, but seriously, considering that I've only been into music for like 2 years, this is probably one of the best albums I've ever got into. Download it everyone because if you liked the first album then this is something else. Real tunes, real melody.
