I thought I'd mention that I've got another bit of a side project on the go.
I have wanted to start a label for a fair few years now and finally thought "what the hell" and started a myspace ( :
for the DIY label.The purpose is to help out the alt/new wave/punk/indie/acoustic type of upcoming bands and artists.
Under the Counter Records are kind of up and running but I've only done a basic myspace page at the moment until I can dedicate some more time to it!
So it's not your everyday label as such, no contracts or ought like that, if I like you I'll help you (ha maybe this could be the motto).
Hopefully the label will release singles in the future but at the moment there is just one badge release.

On the positive side it's a Cal Roberts badge ;D
Our very own Cal and I came to an arrangement and he'll be selling 100 badges himself with the other 50 being sold through UTC!
Now the 'you know it's coming' plug....
The badges are only £1 all in (UK only, postage added for ROTW) which is such of a bargain you should buy 2!
Remember they won't be around for ever and with Mr Roberts growing status and popularity they will be remembered as his first ever release, ha ha I wish
