Surprised we haven't had posts about this season on here yet! As a football fan that doesn't support any particular team (living near middlesbrough there is not much point)...
Well chuffed for Hull - bless them hope they continue to do well...
Wtf is going on a spurs...
and I know this will cause a stir but after the weekend how much of a little pr**k is rooney...

he overreacted but he was wrongly booked for that challenge. shouldn't've reacted like that though. needs to learn to keep his mind on the game.
so pleased for hull! with money getting such a strong grip on the game its very rare that a smaller team finds itself in such good shape in the premiership. breath of fresh air. love it!
personally i hope spurs manage to sort themselves out, and if redknap is left to manage without interference, i think they will. would be crackin to see the geordies go down xD

Yeah Blackburn looking at getting to a few games this season I think Benni will start whacking them in again once he gets his confidence back.

im not too sure about benni, hes constantly a waste of space, lazy and all that....but he just pops up with the odd goal. roberts puts in the effort and never scores. benni does bugger all and scores goals!

santa needs bentley. bentley provided for most of his goals last season. pedersen needs to sort it out and all! we need to spend some money!

LIVERPOOL FAN!! Fukin working during the Chalsea game, I had to run out of work to catch the last 10 minutes, I just get that feeling that they are gonna respond to the call this year, said it before, but after the game at weekend you just get that feeling.
I'm really chuffed about Hull, teams have done this type of thing before after just coming up but it hasn't lasted and have still ended up in the bottom half, but again I just think that Hull are a little different and they are actually a quality team, never have the sustain to stay in a european position but looking good for a top half finish.

I cant understand that at all!! If you stay near Middlesbrough why not support them? You must be a glory hunter.

Don't support them cos just think they are distinctly average flounder around in middle of the table....dad is a massive fan boyf has season ticket but they just don't interest me. But I am not a glory hunter cos I don't support anyone!!
I like football my dad used to take me to some nottingham forest games when I was a kid cos my uncle was manager and we got free tickets and I really loved it...I just don't really like all the other bollox that goes with it...the money the wags the egos....
that been said I think this season has been more interesting so far than previous so guess that's why I've been paying attention!! like to see the rich teams fail and the underdogs do well!

I'd hardly say United were stumbling. We've had an awful fixture list to contend with. Away trips to Porstmouth (where we always seem to drop points). Liverpool, Chelsea, Blackburn (another side we seem to struggle against) and Everton. Our next away game is Arsenal. We also have six tough AWAY games after playing midweek European games (Chelsea, Blackburn, Everton, Arsenal, Man city and Tottenham). Chelsea on the other hand have FIVE home games and one away games after their six Champions League group games. The fixture list is always unfavorable to United and its understandle why Fergie always complains about it.
The more positive aspect of this years fixture list is that we could be 10 points down at X-mas and storm back to win league ala 1996 or 2003 due to our much easier run in. Glorious occasions. We are always strong finishers in the league and its should be an interesting season.
Liverpool have started well but so did Arsenal last year and look what happened. Long way to go yet.

liverpool have strength in depth though, it was never gunna happen with arsenal.
yeah united do always finish very strongly, they will be there or thereabouts at the end no doubt.
