Just found out that my uncle threw out an old turntable when clearing out yesterday, how annoying. Anyway, I went and plyed the 7" at my grandads, like saw this and fort of you, not as keen on car thiry one, its O.K. though. My grandads opinion on them was that they are very boring and very average, and the words are rubbish. But that's what you get when you confront a 73 year old with the courteeners.

More news on the whole grandad turntable borrowing situation. Turns out that he has about 3 old turntables in his cellar and he is checking through them to see which work, woo hoo, solves any future problems.

Turntable update: Grandad still looking through turntables but I got given one by my uncle this afternoon that he found in his attic, it is attatched to a double tapedeck but I fit it on top of the rest of my hifi and used my not so superior electrical skills to wire it to my speakers, then I found out the stylus is gone and I'am only getting a suface sound so I'm going out on friday to fetch a new stylus, can't wait to get it working. If I get any working from my grandad then I will fetch them out to you Andy and anyone else who wants one. May be a while though.

the bundles are awesome. and for the price as well. Well worth the money, especially if we are expecting the courteeners to be as big as we say. worth keeping hold of
