see they are doing some shirts for the upcoming oasis tour - but not using the band name - due to copyrights and such as well all know

would there be any chance - or rather would of been there any chance of just releasing a snorting and cavorting shirt - no mention of courteeners - it would be daft having no mention - but even summit like st.jude on it - or the october tour dates on it

I wonder if they hold all image rights too as we could have the band on there from a fans photo or something

yeah - it was just a wonder - snorting and cavorting could be anything - not related to courteeners lol so no infrigment whatsoever

there are always loopholes aint there guys

but the st. jude version you've done darren is spot on


I know nack all about image rights and such but I would of thought any mention of "the courteeners" and/or the album cover would be prohibited from using - anything else would be fine I would thought

Yeah your most likely right on the image rights

Just said in another post about going to gigs, with my work situation at the moment (a few days here and there) it's unlikely unless we can use one of those ready-to-go shops, where you can have your images on tees etc.

Do you know what I'm trying to explain?
