On the band's myspace, www.myspace.com/thecourteeners, you can listen to clips of all the new b-sides. All 3 of them fair Smiths-esque, proper good, as ever, one is thoroughly impressed

Jacket sounds great, but they are in the right place as B-sides for sure.

Not so sure about Car Thirty One. I like the lyrics, not to keen on the tune at the moment. I am sure with a couple more listens things mights change.
Saw this and fort of you gets better with each listen. Again, the lyrics are what we have come to expect from Mr Fray. Very good indeed. I think I will eventually really like this track.
Jacket is my fav so far. Very different from what they have done so far, and I welcome it. Bit darker. If this is what he can expect from the new album I will be a happy chappy. Lyrics are rather repetative. Could have been a bit more adventurous there, but still. I like it.
Loved it that after Jacket, Not Nineteen Forever popped on. Absolute class! Love that tune so much. In my opinion the B sides above it on myspace suffer in comparison.
