the madness of preston, one very pent up and frustrated crowd, the 53 degrees have not seen anything like it, the whole downstairs floor was bouncing, liam was hit by beer right at the start of the gig which is so fuckin annoying, but liam played it cool (ignored it). my how things have changed, i ventured down the front, for a while, but i'll be honest i could'nt hack it, so drifted back, great to hear 90% of the crowd knew the lyrics, apart from the usual knobs, most were well into it, 2 of me kids came for the first time, they both loved it, so that will do for me, and i sneaked beyond the front barrier from the side when the bouncers were busy pulling people over... lol why not.........................and still ill,i dont for 1 minute think that i had anything to do with it, when i asked them on myspace to include it on the pre gig tracks, but it sounded quality, the lyrics are ace, and for the teeners to come on to that track, i'am sure messers morrissey/marr are well pleased, i sure are, the boys have moved into another gear for sure, cheers

was a brilliant night.
unreal.
such a good time, everyone was really cool, the band played a new track which is a bonus. That Kiss is amazing live, sounded suberb.
backstage and that was pretty special, just bumping into band members and that.
met some people on here which was an experiance to say the least.
i like to think i went down well, hopefully the myspace friend requests will show this to.

Enjoyed your set Cal and,yeah you were well received. Also really like its a Buffalo paticularly Marbles !
Crowd were a little "lively" for a Monday, interesting cross section of people but unfortunately including some right knobs.
What was the new song ? Not Jacket, then ? Thought That Kiss worked really well live.
Looking forward to Manc now...

liam was well impressed with cal, if i can remember, he said sumat like: 'hes doing f**k**g well, just saying to my mate rob that hes earnt it' or sumat like that. he also went on to say 'ah yes the forum, keep it going, but dont take any sh*t from tw*ts saying i was bullying conan over a jumper! conans been my best mate for 9 years, why would i fall out with him over a jumper?'

gotta say man fuckin brilliant night. ruined it abit for myself with a stomach bug i picked up over the weekend though. met fergal n kokaine which were class like, n ste i think. cal was class, IAB were good and courteeners were just what i expected. brilliant. n cheers to kokaine for gettin me drinks in.
