just seen it on myspace how good is that!!! And he should know that anyone who throws sh**t on here doesn't last very long! Maybe one day they'll do like special fan only gigs and stuff for us! that would be top, it would be top if that happened, but i doubt it. It'd be great to see them at a smaller venue again.... who knows??? |

Agreed on that front, two men from Bolton have been to see them well over 70 times each, fact, and none of them have graced this forum. Fan only gigs are a good idea like - but how do you seperate the men from the boys? And i suppose it could put off new fans, but it does encourage old fans, so who knows. Double edged sword. Though I wouldn't say no  |

Though I wouldn't say no a forum only gig is a flawed idea, many of the big courteeners fans who have been seeing them for a while, may not be on this forum. Another problem is.....new fans may join the forum just so they can attend the gig. personally, i recon that everybody that attended ruby lounge back in december should be invited back down  haha. |

Too true ain't it! I stopped file sharing on here since Please Don't last autumn/winter. Everyone went mad for Please Don't just so they could complete the collection to sell on eBay at an extortionate fee on a CD. mad times they were, now the albums on 2 for a tenner at HMV |

Dead right! It would be nice if more contributors came from this but I think with the current staff we are getting there. Too true about the mp3's Fergal, I got so f****d off with the terrible listings and poor CD's I just kept reporting them to ebay and most of them were withdrawn ;D Not seen any S&C stuff on there yet, badge set or stolen covers, loads of people nick the Oasis one's for selling shoddy bootlegs! Anyway, Liam had done good for S&C and made everyone aware of our existense. It's nearly a year since I started the forum and I'd admit I haven't really promoted the forum to a great extent. Being low key (underground) has probably made us that friendly community new members notice when joining  |

I hope that it doesn't get to out of hand if the whole world starts joining, I was made aware when I joined a few moths back that if you are going to join then you should be contributing, kokainekinney is spot on, if you are going to join, then stay around, become part of the community rather than downloading unreleased things and fucking off to ebay.
I just hope that to many members who do this don't spoil the whole 'friendly community thing'.

spot on, you either f*ck off after 2 days cos' you ave' the mp3's you want or you are dedicated enough to stay in it, the likes who do stay in it are clearly dedicated fans and aren't just here for the freebies.
