Cant see a topic on this already, apologies if there already is one!
Bought it for the Oasis 50 page special and had a right shock seeing 4 pages of Courteeners an all.
Glad Liams mum got a few lines in about him being a show-off, she got her 15 mins of fame haha.
Anyone read it yet?

no, I buy it occasionally, I got it when they were in as 'what the world is waiting for', I will go to tesco tommorow and read it in the shop, talk about being scavy.

I read it in Morrisons, the security aren't bothered. I think I'll do the same actually aye  If anyone feels the urge to buy it (have you seen the prices?) scan it for the forum |

just read it, really funny actually, Cupello has a degree in international politics and Campbell has a degree in Television Production, Conan would be working in Sainsbury's if it weren't for Fray (so he says), they practice in Frays converted shed. I didn't know that they smoked, I don't like that, there is nothing that I hate more than smoking.

I just purchased Q for the Oasis special and I've just read the Courteeners interview. Liam Fray came across as a complete knob!!! Two Excerpts below: "At one point during the photo shoot, he dresses down Moore's (CONAN) with a telling-off reminiscent of a father scolding a young child, the guitarist taking it in cowed silence."
"Yeah, but he deserved it," Fray says later in mitigation. "He was being a muppet." Moore's crime? "I'd asked him to look after my jumper, my £200 jumper and he just folded it and tossed it on a chair. That show's a lack of good common sense, if you ask me" He goes on to say..... "They are confident in my confidence. Anyway if it wasn't for me. They'd all be working in Sainsbury's." The rest of the band are out of ear shot when he says this. Presumably they wouldn't be too happy to have heard it. Fray laughs loudly "Ah but they know it,they know it." Right for a singer that does not want to be labeled a lippy manc he's not done himself any favors and to be quite honest with you if I was in HIS band I would have lamped him!!! Not Happy with your £200 jumper being put on a chair employ a f**k**g 'Jumper Caddy' to follow you around with a clothes brush and some coat hangers......problem solved!!! Haha, Q don't need more money. If the magazine appeared really good from what I read in the magazine whilst in Morrisons I'd buy it...it just never does And who's arsed about what some journalist says about Liam having a do at Conan over a 200 quid jumper, I'd be annoyed, 200 quid is a lot of cash. I've seen nothing of Liam to prove he is anything but a nice normal person, if journalists feel the need to pump what was probably just a laugh between mates up into an incident "reminiscent of a father scolding a young child", so be it.
