liam mentioned tonight that they are mentioned in the script for next weeks corrie.
it isnt just the usual 'in the background' of a david platt related scene, the word 'courteeners' may actually get a mention, nice bit of promotion, once again.
so look out for that one. theyl probably relegate it to a dierdre rashid scene tho! haha!

Yeah it'll be a good plug if done right...
...I can imagine Steve McDonald pulling up in his taxi opening his door and NYDNYD blasting out & Norris starts dancing whilst sweeping up outside the Kabin!
I thought she changed back to Barlow ;D but I don't watch it that often.

I heard them play the Courteeners once when my mum was watching it...it was being played in the pub
But Liam said they will actually be in the stroyline which is mega!!

the courteeners are going places eh we all know corrie is where most bands aspire to get to eh nice job guys tho the band might just appear at davids front door when the party is happening and they do a short set  |

I reckon they only need to be on emmerdale now and they have done all the flagship soaps - pretty sure they've been on in vic and cafe on eastenders and they have actully been on hollyoaks!
I reckon it will be david - he bought Tina Foals tickets before but they couldn't go cos she was getting an abortion....obviously his music taste has improved!

Liams mum mentioned something about them knowing someone who works on the production for corrie and thats why they get played so often. Fallowfield hillbilly was on in Kev's garage tonight =)
