That Kiss acoustic would be amazing, but not as a digital track please. Or they should make them available to the whole world, not just the UK

I totally agree about please dont....the minute I heard it I fell in love I think it was at an instore in Jan My fav song they have ever done, Fray is a fantastic writer and I think when he plays acoustically he really puts the emotion in the songs Makes your hairs stand up!

I can't wait for it! I'm not a massive fan of acoustic but think it has it's place to a certain degree....but Please don't is an amazing song - love the way it is so sweet and soooo harsh at the same time...and it's quite personal to me cos I remember feeling like with my ex..
But as for the second album and the third...I thinking Courteeners will be like cribs albums - all good but different.....
I tell you really pisses me off about St Jude though the fact that when people talk about it going in at number 4 they always pass comment on the fact that it dropped out the charts quicky...for f**ks sake...it was third debute album they guy who wrote it is 22....what do you want blood....that is what is wrong with this country to quick to pull ppl down and be negative....Rant over...

Thats typical British attitude to everything, Build em up and knock em down.....then kick the shite out of em. DISGUSTING!! If its not number one for three years and you don't sell out Wembley for 24 nights your a failure. We are terrible at nurturing our talent, too busy picking fault and generally being unsupportive!!

I remember the first time I heard it as well. At Cellar Bar in Blackburn, September, it was just like "What is this???". Scoured the internet for ages till I could find it, played it to death as well from then on. One of the few that still sounded better on the album despite being immensely attatched to the demo

I still can't get to grips with why everyone loves please don't so much, I mean I like it, but no more than many other songs, I prefer How Come, I can relate to someone with How Come so it sounds really good.

I saw The Courteeners live for the first time at Academy 3 in June '07 and I went to the gig not knowing a single one of their songs. "Please Don't" was the one that really stuck in my mind after said gig and its been a favorite of mine since then.

I can see that it's really catchy, can't deny that, maybe I've heard it to much.

Yea, also it was all a bit surreal seeing almost everyone in Academy 3 singing along to "Please Don't" when, at that point, they'd never realeased anything prior.

Yeah was the same for me, first time I saw them Bide Your Time, Please Don't, If It Wasn't For Me all stuck in my head
Guess with Please Don't it's like a story you can relate to and the lyrics are brilliant,
Couldn't get 'well its got fukc all to do with me' out of my head
