Wasn't a massive fan of The Rifles initially but decided to go and see them at Night & Day in February and they were one of the best live bands i've seen in ages. Really won me over.

I think they are easily one of the best on the go at the moment, just love their style. Joel is a cracking cracking fella, up there with anyone i have met from a band. Cant wait untill November to see them twice in the space of a week. Paul weller cant be wrong

il second that kocainekim. The last time I saw them they gave me a guitar stick and a pick. I gave the guitar stick to my mate as he plays drums but I fucking lost the pick later that night, gutted!!
Fastuse, you should be able to get the debut album from 101-cd.com cheaper. Thats where i got mine but was good few years back, so not sure about price now. I might have to revisit as iv done what seems to be a trait of mine and lost it somehow. Although I am pretty sure one of my mates has shyed it off me.

Its fucking daft Ben £18 for a used one on Amazon, going up to £25......what the f*ck? None on HMV or Play. Not keen on downloading albums always worried about my computer fucking up and loosing everything. I wouldn't pay £25 for a first issue press of SGT Pepper....(well maybe)

I just had a check on the internet for you, and its a rip off. How on earth it is at that value I have got no idea. I was pretty sure I got it form either 101-cd.com or cdwow.com and neither have it now. A friend of mine bought it last week after i told them about it so will check how much he paid for it, and where.

But i'm not paying that much.....I just dont get why. It's weird, wonder if the band know, its shit they wont be selling anything. Maybe before the new ones out they might get some in HMV for £6.

My mate said he got it from 101cd.com fastfuse. was only £10.99 in the end. I say only, but not as bad as some of the prices you saw being touted. Luckily I found out who has my copy so will be getting it back this week.

I saw them supporting Weller on the Isle Of Wight in July and they were absolutely brilliant. Sat on the grass next to Osborne House watching them dance 'round the stage was really lovely. I would go see them again in Pompey, but I think it's the night I'm going to see Oasis.

Weller Loves the Rifles and has performed with them a few times. Did he play with them at IOW?
I saw them the first time where you are from amy, in southampton. Saw them when they played at the uni.
