With this project starting to gain a bit more momentum I would like to know what tracks you would like on the proposed forum demo CD.
The original idea was to make a CD with all The Courteeners early demos but I think it should have a combination of their pre-2008 demos, EP's and live tracks.
So post your favourites here and we will make a final decision on the tracklisting at a later date.
Now I'll leave it up to you

Well I'll only say a few but Bide Your Time, W.T.Y.S.L., Fallowfield, and Acrylic as some of them. How many tracks will there be?

Will Cavorting and No You Didn't No You Don't be eligible for this release? Aftershow, Acrylic, Kings of the New Road, Yes She Came Around, Slown Down, Not Nineteen Forever - XFM Session Versions What Took You So Long, Bide Your Time, Please Don't, Fallowfield Hillbilly, Kokaine Kim, If It Wasnt For Me, Not Nineteen Forever - Demo Versions How Come, Not One Could I Give, Revolver, Ex Is An Ex (old demo version), Why Do You Do It, Slowndown (the fray acoustic version that was on his myspace if anyone has it...) - Liam Fray acoustic. AND trying too hard to score
and should it be eligible, cavorting and no you didnt no you dont

wouldnt it be a different matter tryin to get stuff that was recorded for XFM?
i think an old demo of Acrylic should be on there, not the really old one, just an oldish one, if that makes sense

Anything goes, as long as it's pre-2008 and hasn't already been released.
As for how many tracks, it depends on the quality of the tracks, I think 12 tracks is definitely a possibility, who knows how many we can unearth?
Eventually we will get together a shortlist of the one's we want and a reserve list in case some tracks are not allowed but in the meantime I just want to find out your favourites

also darren - maybe some of the less-obvious ones like trying hard to score, why do you do it?, an ex is an ex for a reason, revolver, how come, not one i could give, kings of the new road
just a thought
