Hi, I m Louis, 27, from Bordeaux, south west of France. Heard about the Courteeners in September 2007 for the first time, just before they released Acrylic. I was in london at the time. Great guitar band, great lyrics. They r just fantastic live, proper energy, proper mayhem as well. Can't stop listening to the album since june 2008. The new songs, especially Sycophant, sound amazing. Manchester is the coolest place on earth. See you.

Haha, nice to see a frenchman with wonderful taste in music and cities, not often we as a city get compliments off foreigners. Nice one.

flew there to watch the apollo gig (the 1st night, i think it was on a thursday). Went to that place with lots of bars, its like a big mall with lots of bars (and boobs) behind Arndale, that was quite cool. 42nd street club was cool as well. Got pissed for 48 hours basically. Wish i had stayed longer. Will defo go back to watch the lads. And alcohol is bloody cheap everywhere, i think i paid 1,75 pound for a a vodka red-bull in that small club 'space'. See you.

Yea i suppose Alcohol is pretty cheap here. I was in Perpignan recently and the alcohol prices there were ridiculous. Welcome!

Hi I'm Sean, loved the Courteeners since I got What Took You So Long from HMV as an impulse buy. Haven't seen them yet but will be going to all Manchester and Liverpool gigs next tour. Got all the b-sides and double album and met Liam in Chester city center by chance with his missus!
