Enough arse talk now frankie, leave that for the toilet, hope I'm not putting anyone off the forum, I'm just a bit mental, and there is about 736 different faces to me, and most of them are f**k**g miserable. But welcome anyhows, enjoy the friendly banter. lets keep this area to introducing new members, not having somebody talking out his arse about his arse! no need at all. oh yeh, the 'lad' stuff is a bit dodgy in my opinion n all, i associate the 'lad' thing with tom clarke, which isnt a very good thing at all!! lets hope no new members (who were thinking of contributing well) have been put off! |

Hi, Jack 22 from northampton, saw them at the astoria in april & at the 02 wireless festival. going to the friday at shepherds bush. i think there the best band to emerge since oasis, but do not liken them to oasis in anyway. im pissed off with the music industry for not recognising the courteeners as much. instead they give airtime & paper space to pricks like the wombats, its a joke. i watched the vodafone live music awards the other night, and not one nomination in any category for the courteeners, but when they showed interviews with other bands talking shite, what was playing in the background? Aftershow, and then later on Kokaine Kim.

Buzzing for the Barra tomorrow night!
There hasnt been many first albums got a hold of me like St Jude...so really looking forward to hearing to the songs live!

Anywhoo, i'm Katie and i'm from Sheffield.
Been a fan of the band for some time now, absolutely love St. Jude, it's such a pristine and amazing compilation of songs, it's got to be the album of the century. Recently saw the band perform in Sheffield and Nottingham, it was fucking mint. Roll on, 19th December - 'teeners and 'phonics - MINT.
