Cage The Elephant were suppose to support Blood Red Shoes in Manchester recently but pulled out. They have a song called "In One Ear" out at the moment... its ok!

Went to Pigeons gig in Newcastle on Sunday - I've seen em before at leeds fest and like the album but hadn't listened to it much...so was kinda like 'it'll be alright nowt spec'..but it was really good - new songs are good....but they put on a good show - Matt Bowman (despite been in hospital last week) was sissor kicking all over and spinning his mic round - really enjoyed it.
Came out soaked of course - some guy stood in front of me went to throw his beer and as he launched it he tipped it all over me! Nice. Took a couple of direct hits as - but all good fun!

I've just read Cage the Elephant are supporting them....never heard of them! Twisted Wheel have done the majority of the tour...........Cage the Elephant are good though love the Song "In one Ear" or whatever it's called.  |
