Yeah I see your point but what I mean is what sense of achievement do you get from say mastering or completing a game to learning a song on the guitar?? On games you get "Congratulations" big f**king wow! Or you get a crappy end sequence, all those hours for what? At least gaming companies could do is introduction a refund system or something, where you get a code on completing a game and get a bit of refund , at least you get something back for all those hours "wasted"  Sure you get some hidden features, characters etc to unlock but whoopy do! Anyway, it's up you how you spend your time but I'm just giving you a friendly warning from my experience, by all means enjoy gaming but don't let it get out of hand  |

Anyway, it's up you how you spend your time but I'm just giving you a friendly warning from my experience, by all means enjoy gaming but don't let it get out of hand there isnt a song i dont think i could learn on guitar given the right amount of time and effort but after the first few songs learned the feeling of mastering a song isnt what makes it exciting its just the feeling of playing. for me at least. i dont get the same feeling from gaming but the way i see it is, if the game is one i like anyway, its kinda like a film except im actually involved in it and can control how it pans out rather than sitting back and watching it happen. |

im not usually into all these games where you have to 'complete' them, ive got american football, ice hockey, and then fifa 10. usually i just like to give one of my mates i dont see anymore a game and have a chat. the only game i like which is like that is call of duty

see now sports games i dont really get. you can just go and play football. you cant just go and join the army cus killing foreigners isnt allowed here.
though you could just play guitar yet i play the rock band games....though i play guitar too. i think saying games are a waste of time is moot cus its definitely not as bad as watching the telebox.

i do play football a lot too though, but i can't play ice hockey anymore or american football anymore. just like playing the games never really been that fond of rock band and that. liked playing the drums but im not allowed to learn the drums. |

I love gaming, day of defeat, op4 and half life 2 deathmatch are my vice. Music to me is background to game playing, very rarely do i just listen to music on its own. Yet I could play games all day without listening to music. Theres a lot more good new games out there, than new music. People seem to look down the nose at games players...snobbery me thinks. Check the sales figs of games today...shit over a lot of music sales and cost well more, gta 4 shifted about 3mill on its 1st day  Pes over fifa anyday |

I haven't played either for years, always used to be pes all the way but from what ive heard fifa is near enough the same gameplay wise but with everything pes doesn't have i.e kits stadiums
