Inform with things that I don't know about the album then? You'd think I'd never heard of Campbell Cupello and Conan. Anyway, as someone said Liam was the only member present at mixing which could've reflected, I think even Liam said himself that Cupello is the 'cool one who just turns up, plays, and fucks off'. And they were his words. Just want to see a bit more of the rest of the band on the next album.

another hilarious thread the forum becomes more of a joke every day mainly due to the deluded minority go on any forum about music and you'll find arguments. differing opinions doesnt make anyone deluded. |

You feel like the others dont contribute so much, but as has been said, we dont know exactly how they work. |

It sounds silly saying you don't feel like the others don't contribute so much, I'm sure they all worked equally hard on recording the album and all equally deserve the success.
So what if it's very much Liam all over the tunes? Maybe it seems that way because he* wrote them and sung them? You could also say the same about any other band where the singer also writes the songs...

All around, like with Arctic Monkeys Helders is just as much of a legend as Alex Turner is. I just didn't feel that Falcon was so much about The Courteeners as it could've been. In interviews all we ever got was Liam's perspective really, and I get it that he's the lead singer but I want to see more of Cupello Conan and Campbell. I never said they don't deserve the success, or they didn't work as hard. I just want to see a bit more of them. And Mike, people are bound to have disagreements, if you don't like it don't comment on one particular thread? Just throwing all your toys out the pram really.

Conan gets the xylophone out for christs sake! my only quibble with the band so far is that Liam aint winged me a support slot on the continent (YET...) with regards to interviews and that, i know its sounds a bit sh*t but liam is the member most people recognise, so he does most of the talking i should imagine. |
