i was contemplating a day ticket but don't have enough money. V isn't that bad for alternative music this year anyway.

y couldnt they play the nme tent? cribs did it in 08 and it was amazing they couldt headline it the nme tent headliners do sumtimes change if they get a good booking. i think they would do a good set before libertines but i would much prefer sumtime saturday as that day is a bit bare atm

I'm just going for the day on Friday...gonna go to V instead and I've got glasto tickets...haven't missed leeds for 3 years!

Really don't think they'll be playing Leeds, because Reading/Leeds and V Festival are so competetive it's generally the rule of thumb that once you're on with one you can't do the other, it's incredibly unlikely, particularl considering they neglected V last year for Reading/Leeds

i am afraid i highly doubt they will be at leeds this year
i asked cuppello when they played newcastle and he said no because V asked them first
its a shame they would have been class under canvas there
